I signed the package deal, the submission of documents was easy n convenient. I like the cctv provided from 8-8pm. They provided pics and videos of simba’s updates, he eats drinks well, and has other dogs to play with. This gives me relief he is adjusting well for a 1st timer.

We found Pooch Nannies through an online ad while searching for a good pet hotel for Monte and Toffee. Since it was their first time staying in a pet hotel and they had never socialized with other dogs before, we were quite worried. Pooch Nannies understood our concerns and took excellent care of both of them, providing us with daily updates. It was so reassuring to see Monte and Toffee having fun with the other dogs. They both seemed to really enjoy their time there and are definitely looking forward to their next staycation to reunite with their new friends!

We chanced upon Pooch Nannie boarding services and decided to put Miso there. Miso enjoys alot there (being well fed, taken care of by the staff and having fun meeting new friends). She is looking forward to her next staycay!

Very happy to have found Pooch's Nannies since my previous nanny no longer operates. They provide 12 hours surveillance camera for my easy viewing/checking on my furkid. Will definitely hire them again for my next holiday!

I'm in love with pooch nannies interior, so colourful and cute like a child care centre 🥰. The way nanny took care of my spoilt fur baby is so patient and caring, made sure he isn't left out alone because he's introvert to other dogs. She even hand fed my baby when he was feeling off appetite 💖Love that I can login to view my baby's cute hotel room anytime during his sleeping hours! Nanny even put additional food in his room incase he feels hungry during midnight. I will definitely bring him back ! Love you pooch nanny 😘

Sent Ollie to stay at Pooch’s nannies for two weeks. Ollie seemed very happy (able to see her from cctv in the kennel) ate, slept and played well during her stay. Evi and other staffs also shared daily updates. Planning to send Ollie there again when I have to travel.
